Purpose of report

To consider a request from Mr T Beckett for a review of the premises licence relating to; Butchers Arms, 10 Whittall Street, Kings Sutton, OX17 3RD.

Recommendations

1.1           To determine the application for review of the Premises Licence in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.

The Assistant Director of Environmental Health and Regulatory Services submitted a report which considered a request from Mr T Beckett for a review of the premises licence relating to; Butchers Arms, 10 Whittall Street, Kings Sutton, OX17 3RD.
